They look after 5 of my vehicles. I've never had problem with any of their work Most amazing part is, they know what it's supposed to sound like. So they almost know what's going on before you come in.

Dropped off my car because it wouldn't start let the mechanic know this. Mechanic changed my tires & battery - one month later and my car stalled while driving and would not start up again. Was willing to bring it back to the shop thinking maybe someone else could look at it but the person just referred me to one of his friends. Realizing now that the mechanic did NOT inspect my car. Do not recommend.
My family and I have been with Rick Spencer’s Garage since 1989 when we moved to the Durham region. Five stars are not enough to describe the outstanding service we have experienced!
The reviews were great, but when I showed up for the 8 am appointment I had made a week prior I was told they were backed up and my car couldn't be seen for at least an hour. Even if it's the best shop in Durham, there scheduling needs attention.
My experience with them has been very good. They have dealt with me in an honest manner, trying to save me money while keeping me safe. It is so refreshing to not get ripped off anymore by other shops like Master Mechanic and smaller places.
