Owner of 2011 Mini cooper 6speed Engine light / code P0171 - Spoke with Layla on the phone and her knowledge and customer service is outstanding! You'd think she's a Tech herself. I explained that I went to Velocity Performance in Ajax 2 times and both times they did diagnostics they came back with quotes for repairs that had nothing to do with issue. She explained over the phone what potential issues could be causing the code and engine light. She booked me in for appointment. Had the pleasure of meeting Marshall and explaining issue in person to him. Marshall and his other Tech scanned and looked at my Mini for maybe 20 mins and found the issue, a hose was disconnected. After reconnecting the hose engine light and code WERE GONE. I was grateful and pleased and Definitely recommend anyone with Mini Cooper/BMW vehicles to go to Bavarian Motor Works --- the Staff Amazing The location great and of course the Service is 10/10 Definitely found my new Shop/Tech to work on my Mini Cooper.
Currently suing Bavarian motorsports after he improperly built my engine. Then demanded full price on the labour for a failed job.. now they won't return my personal belongings that don't pertain to the job. TOTAL NIGHTMARE STAY AWAY!!!!!

These guys are best, great customer service and good with appointment times/turnaround time. There is no other place I trust with my M3. Marshall is a bmw whisperer.
I was referred to Marshall after multiple shops, for a weird issue with my diesel X5 35d. He found the issue and was reasonable with the solution. I have trust issues with mechanics but he is an honest guy. Layla is also great and available when Marshall is busy. Fingers crossed I don’t need his service again but I would recommend 100%
