It was 7 weeks ago I seen the add for Pickering Fit Body and with all these type of things I had thought it will not work for me. I think I had watched the add three time and said what do i have to lose. When i meet with the them they explained everything clear and in detail made me feel comfortable. Meal plan was easy to follow workouts were fun and trainers made it that way. Trainers are knowledgeable and easy to approach. I love how this organization has the support system set up for you to succeed as i did. I lost 24 Lbs, my BMI down 7 points and a over all 11 inches in size. I have leaned how to look after myself now at what it will take to stay this way. I am telling everyone that ask me how i did it to go see Fit Body Pickering.

I have found my home away from home...A place where I continue to grow strong physically and mentally helping me to achieve my goals alongside an amazing support system! I came in focused on dealing with my joint issues and overall health. I completed the 6 week challenge which included tailored workouts, a meal plan, accountability coach, and trainers of different styles to guide me along the journey. At the end of it, I surpassed my goals goals , losing 13.8 lbs, 6 inches and 5% body fat. What I gained from all this is more energy, strength, confidence and most importantly motivation to live life with passion and purpose. My deepest appreciation goes to the Pickering Fit Body team who have shown me that each step I take towards my goals is a true accomplishment. I am so grateful to be part of a culture that strives for the betterment of all! So excited to continue on my journey with you!

I signed up for a 6 week challenge after hearing about it on facebook and it was really close to home which made it easier. The meal plan was so helpful and we had one accountable coach walking us through our journey. The trainers and all the members were all super friendly and helpful. The workouts were fun and went by so quick. I have knee issues and the tailored workouts for me. I am happy with the changes I saw. I lost 12.8 pounds and 5.7% body fat in the 6 weeks! I would recommend to anyone who wants to see results.

I find that Pickering Fit Body is money hungry. I do agree that money can be a motivator to lose weight and get fit, but, I think this method is weak. The real motivator should be the individual themselves, to keep results long term. The 6 week challenge asks you to cough up $600 and "promise" to give it back if you lose 20lbs or 6% body fat (which can lead to unhealthy stress and methods), if you do not lose this much weight, the money is put towards a membership. They try to lock you in because of monetary restriction. Also, they bombard you with these superficial mass text messages during the 6 week challenge, I was not even part of this challenge, yet I would still be getting these mass text messages almost every other day. I never once gave my measurements, yet, I keep getting emails, text messages about the 6 week challenge. I have been part of a boot camp environment before, and the motivator and environment was about community, team building and bring each other up, which I believe is more successful than slapping "weight loss" onto everything (for a cost). Even during my meeting with the admin/trainer to discuss membership and the gym, I felt as though not everything was being laid out honestly and it almost seemed desperate with switching up words and sentences to make it seem like this is the place for you. I think there are better gyms out there. Can you lose weight and lead a healthier lifestyle here? Yes you can, but, if you are looking for honesty beyond the money, this is not the place.

I saw an ad posted about their 6 week challenge. It struck something in me, so I decided to join. Best decision I made in a long time! The trainers are all amazing, it is a motivating and supportive environment. In 6 weeks I am down 20 lbs, 4% body fat and 9 inches!
