I had a very positive experience renting this venue for my mothers 60th birthday. They were very understanding and had great communication.it was a clean and well maintained.The esthetic (gold and black) perfectly matched the theme of the party. Would reccomend for anyone looking for a pretty but not huge venue, ours was for 20 to 30 guest.
The space was perfect for a smaller / medium birthday celebration gathering. It was clean and very comfortable. The amenities were very clean and serviceable. Booking the venue and options were easy and painless. Will recommend.
A few months ago I rented Loft905 for my birthday. The venue was perfect for my cocktail party setting, 50 guest. Diana and her husband were amazing to work with. They were always quick to respond. The venue was clean upon arrival. I will definitely consider it for any future events.
We rented Loft 905 for a family event shortly after my wedding, and we had a positive experience! The owners were very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. Loft is really good if you are looking to host a medium sized event. The venue is beautifully decorated and very clean :) We would not hesitate to book this place again!

THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. We threw a first birthday party at this place and trusted the previous reviews about this place. The owner kept the deposit money because he claimed the place was not clean enough. My friends and I spent quite a while cleaning the place with our own cleaning supplies. The deposit money was $500. $500 is not a small amount and the owner took advantage of our kindness and kept the money. There was nothing damaged or destroyed at the party. It was a kids birthday party. If you want to throw a party somewhere, PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. They SCAM PEOPLE.
My sister in law had her bridal shower at Loft 905 and it was absolutely stunning. Everything looked clean and modern. I loved the aesthetic. If you’re looking for an event space, then I definitely recommend this one as it’s very versatile.
