The gentlemen at United Computers were professional, knowledgeable, polite & very patient with a techno-know-nothing! The blue screen of death appeared on my laptop's screen & within a couple of hours of dropping it off, they called with a solution (in house replacement of hard drive), cost & date of return - all of which they achieved! When I buy my new laptop in the next few months, I will go back so they can transfer data & configure it to my preferences. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I got my quite old laptop fixed by the pros at United Computers a couple of years ago and it's still working! They are professional and courteous- highly recommended!
I had a very bad experience, instead of getting an estimate as promised, I had to pay $70 to get my laptop back because they said they fixed the hinge and some wiring. A few days later, the hinge was not working again, the laptop was just like when I took it to their store, a waste of money. Very rude, intimidating and unprofessional.
