Jimmy is the kindest, nicest, most reasonable guy. I had a MacBook Pro (14-inch 2023) with horrible liquid damage. It ended up needing a new keyboard, keyboard backlight, a new fan, and the motherboard needed to be fixed and cleaned. He gave me the most reasonable price and got it fixed to the point where it feels brand new again. I am so happy and will be a customer for life!!!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!
Amazing service! The owner is very kind, and i would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs repairs! I had my MacBook screen break on me and I needed it repaired asap for school. He was able to fix it in a couple of hours and I was able to have my laptop back the same day, good as new. His price was even way better than anywhere else. My MacBook had suddenly stopped charging. I took it to Jump+ and they did a diagnostic that resulted in the motherboard being fried. They were asking for a ridiculous amount to fix it and could not guarantee that they would be able to recover my data. I felt hopeless and depressed with the thought of all my family photos and school assignments being erased for good. I decided to decline their suggestion and took my MacBook to Jimmy. Upon arrival, Jimmy was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a great price for the repair and within 4 days I got my MacBook back with all my data fully intact. I hardly ever write reviews but I just had to in this case. He was so polite and kind and I have to say he provided some of the best customer service, he was also very quick with fixing my problem and went the extra mile to get things done and I left feeling sooo happy. I was really shocked that he was able to fix my Macbook Pro the next day at a reasonable price. Jimmy is a life saviour, went to him with broken display today on my Mc book pro latest generation which was very urgent for me to get fixed due to business, initially he said it might take 2-3 days but he offered a solution of replacing it with temporary screen just so I can keep using it at no extra cost, lucky me by evening he already arranged a new display for me and fixed everything.. can’t be grateful for his swift service and transparency in costs. VERY REASONABLE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Got a guy for life for all my apple products solutions.
