Had a great experience at The Mobile Shop. Jinto was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
Troy at The Mobile Shop pickering was awesome to deal with! He was willing to answer the million questions that I had regarding upgrading my phone. He is knowledgeable, friendly, genuine, patient and not pushy! Overall very happy with my experience and if anyone is looking for a phone plan I would definitely recommend seeing Troy!
Specifically made an appointment with Troy. To change cell plans. After Several text we Arranged time. Very surprised when I got to mobile shop.Troy was with another customer tried to pass me off to another sales associate. I did not want to deal With another Person that is why I made an appointment. I left my house specifically to get my plans changed. I am also a person with a disability. Going out is not easy. Troy is aware of this. Now I have to start again with someone other than mobile shop. No respect for my time at all
I had a terrible experience at the mobile shop inside Loblaws. I went in hoping to get help with purchasing a new device, setting up my new device, and transferring all my content. However, instead of providing any assistance, the staff directed me to Virgin Plus for help, despite the fact that they were fully capable of helping me themselves. It felt like they were more focused on making additional sales than actually helping customers. They had already received their compensation from my purchase, but still refused to help with the basics. It's incredibly frustrating when a store has the resources and knowledge to assist, yet chooses not to. I will not be returning to this location.
I had an excellent experience upgrading my cell phone plan at this location. Troy and Paras did a great job explaining the new offerings to upgrade my 8 year old LG phone to a Pixel 8 phone. thank you
The staff was great at the Mobil Shop. Manager was and is above and beyond customer service. He was patient and informative and did a outstanding job. Will recommend him and this location 110%.
Just came to this store to purchase something and there was a sign left there saying " be back in a sec" waited for about 25 minutes and no one ever came back. Very unacceptable!
