My husband went into this location tonight to make a payment. Was told by 1 employee that he needed a Visa Debit as they do not accept "debit" and that he had to go get a Visa Debit from the bank. When he returned after visiting the bank, he was told by employee number 2 they do not take payments at the store. He made payment at the bank and wanted to spend a few minutes inquiring about a new phone. They were unable to tell him if he was able to buy a phone, not lease, and what the cost would be after 2 years, etc. They were not able to provide him with any answers. What a disaster, thoroughly unimpressed!
