I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the display, freshness and quality of the Premium Grazing Table for 40 people for a recent family celebration. All requests were accommodated and beautifully labelled: vegan, vegetarian, GF. The presentation included appropriate utensils, boards, and dishes. The reaction of every single guest was "OMG," "Who did this for you?", and the cameras instantly came out to record a feast for the eyes and the stomach. The portions were more than generous, as Maria predicted they would be.
We had Maria do up 2 large platters, a fruit platter, 2 letter trays and candy cones. We were extremely happy when she delivered them. They were a hit with all of the guests. We would highly recommend Pickering Charcuterie for all of your events. We will definitely be ordering again and again. Thank you, Maria!!

I hired Charcuterie Pickering to prepare a brunch spread for the morning of my daughters wedding, as recommended by a friend. Great experience with Charcuterie Pickering!! They helped me to surprise my family and let them know I am pregnant! They were so careful with my ultrasound and everything was wonderfully delicious. The family was so full we didn't even need dinner! My only comment is that I was told that things I can't eat (being pregnant) would be marked and nothing was. So I basically ate everything but the meats... hopefully the cheese was pasteurized.
