Our experience with Brindleberry was fantastic. Highly recommend, and would definitely use them for catering services again. Setup & Presentation: They arrived early, and worked independently once I showed them where to set up. They were quickly and efficient, and gave me an overview of what to do, where the extra food would be kept, and how to contact them before the party ended. The chafing dishes were housed in a lovely wooden box with small plants around them. The food was all labelled accordingly. Food: Delicious! The chana, paneer, and tandoori chicken were all perfectly made and well-received by all of our guests. Price: We thought the price was competitive with other caterers of a similar caliber. Communication: They were quick to respond to all of our messages, and setting things up was simple. Great group!
FOOD WAS AMAZING , Server also superb— however there were some major and unnecessary communication issues; the delivery men and the server were given the wrong address for the wedding , although I had given the exact house address repeatedly and sent pictures just in case. The address was simply not relayed properly. Food was not kept in warm boxes, as it was my understanding it would be insulated to be kept warm while being transported from afar— rather it was provided in cardboard boxes with tissue paper, completely cold and impossible for an easy transfer to oven. Also a week before I was informed that I would have to be providing my own trays— as they needed the trays for another event. This was unheard of ! That a catering company didn’t have enough trays and equipment for all their events. Food was delicious, the server was amazing, part of the party — he was one the best parts of the service. Roshan is polite and kind but ultimately I have to give this review as there just wasn’t enough care in the execution of our event. Amazing food ! Just make sure the communication issues are resolved prior to your special day.
Chef Murali and his team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding met our expectations. They did an incredible job and I can not thank them enough for everything they did. Our guests we truly happy with each dish. We will definitely use Brindleberry again for our next special occasion.
The attention to detail and customer first attitude just is unmatched. After experiencing many of the best our city has to offer, there is undeniably something special about BrindleBerry. They worked closely to design a custom menu to fit our event and our unique timing needs without a second thought. The food tastes as good as it looks. Innovative, consistent and professional. I’m not sure where to begin when it comes to Murali and the BrindleBerry Team – because they’re just that amazing. BrindleBerry went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was a success. One of our biggest concerns was the food, because it’s one of those make it or break it things when people reflect on an event. Let’s just say it’s been three weeks since our wedding, and guests are still raving about how much they loved the food. From the perfectly sized and delicious appetizers to the hot flavorful buffet, BrindleBerry really outdid themselves. Murali himself is such a kind and talented chef and you can see how much pride he takes in his work and in making sure his clients have the best experience possible. We are so happy and lucky that BrindleBerry was able to cater our wedding, and they’ve really set the bar quite high.
