It was my first MVA collision..I was very shaken by it. I spoke to Robert - welcoming, calm , knowledgeable, customer friendly and definitely he goes beyond his job. Few of my experiences: Robert ensured that I pick up car in no-wintery weather if it was going to be all season tire & flexibility with appointments, kept me updated. I got delayed yesterday (Nov 19th) at work ( could not leave early on of those days) I said I will be there before 6pm to pick up my car but I went to Enterprise at 6pm exactly!!! ( their closing time ) My heart was racing , i felt terrible ♥️ when Robert called..."where are you? ". I told him. He was understanding, spoke to Enterprise and had a plan so I don't delay with car seat switches. At the Enterprise- Taylor and Leena were very understanding/friendly - got the process done. They came with me in the rental car to drop my toddler and myself at Royal Auto shop..Not only that the men helped me switch my car seat and the bags. I said no no...they all pitched . We worked as a team with jokes & laughters. I truly felt that day " what's goes around, comes around ". I even mentioned to Robert. Honesty, it could have a been a disaster experiences in a friday evening..late closing time. ROBERT stayed behind from 4 or 5 pm to deliver car today !!!!! Oh..man...! Robert from Royal Auto body at Pickering and Enterprise Rent a car Pickering ( Taylor and Leena) ...truly deserve a raise or praise for genuinely helping customers from their ❤️. By the way my car looks like I just brought it...so shinny and washed and well done ,Auto body work. Amazing Thank you to the team
Robert was super helpful in arranging a car rental; professional, knowledgeable, and quick to fix our car. They even washed our car! Absolutely recommend them! A great and friendly spot in Pickering.
I visited Royal Auto body to have my bumper replaced following a claim. When picking up my vehicle my husband asked about the fit, as the gaps were larger than before and he was not provided with any clarity. I scheduled another appointment to have it looked at. At my second appointment, I spoke with Robert and he educated me on parts based on my vehicle. He offered to have the bumper looked at, as far as getting a tighter fit. He answered all my questions, even the ones that were unrelated to the claim, and was very knowledgeable. -1 star because I had to back in.
I relied on reviews to choose Royal Auto Body, thinking I’d be in good hands for a simple bumper replacement. Unfortunately, the results were a complete disaster as you can see. This was a terrible and sloppy job. I brought it up when picking up the car and they said ‘this is it’. Extremely disappointed, I hope this review helps you make a decision while choosing a body shop. Go to where your car will get the care it needs.
My first experience at Royal Auto Body. WOW! What a wonderful experience from the get-go! My car got t-boned resulting in dents and scratches. My insurance company recommended Royal Auto Body for repairs. Jordan answered my call, got an appointment the same day for inspection, dropped off the car two days later, and three days later I had my beautiful car back, all fixed up, shining and ready to go! Excellent work by the four service guys at the back. Hats off to you all for a job well done!!! Jordan was amazing at the front desk. He answered all our questions and made the whole process so easy. For the cherry on top, he gave it a good car wash inside out, and not to mention I drove off happy! Thank you to all you guys, you are just super on all levels!!!
This was my second experience with Royal Auto Body and both were superb. They fixed my Pathfinder beautifully, and even got all the old bug stains off the front of the vehicle, which was not the part of the vehicle being repaired. Highly recommended.
