When I arrived, the rental was already arranged and ready to go. The entire process was fast, reliable, and seamless. I needed to replace my rear bumper after being rear-ended. I genuinely appreciated how Car Star and all their employees made the process as easy as possible. They were able to book me in for an evaluation and for repairs quickly and treated my car with such care. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, it made the experience as stress free as it could’ve been. Sushi the dog was also a fabulous bonus!

Did a terrible job on my body work and had to get it re done by another shop. I was also threatened by the manager if I complained to my insurance company should of called the police but moved on with my life. Do not do business with these insurance scammers!

This location was such amazing to deal with. I was referred to them by my insurance company after someone had side swiped me on the highway and heavily damaged the right side of me car. I went to check them out and instantly, Tom, was a pleasure to deal with. Very personable and honest. He helped me and was able to give me a quote within 5mins. Ultimately I chose Pickering CARSTAR and I’m glad I did. The work was perfectly done. My car looks brand new. Tim kept me up to date throughout the process and went seamlessly. He even arranged to have my rental ready and available which was also on site. I would definitely recommend as this is the most honest and professional staff with great work as the outcome.
