Monique S, I believe her name was, helped me and my daughter out so much. She was very helpful and honestly I felt she knew exactly what I was looking for! I bought a pant suit for a special event coming up, a dress for a cruise coming up as well and a sweater jacket for the season. Love all the pieces!
My boyfriend and I went in last Friday, late afternoon (March 14th) and a tall blonde sales associate (I forget her name) was super helpful and friendly and I ended up getting a dress with her help. Thank you!
Store manager is very dismissive and quite frankly - rude during a return request. She did however confirm that some of their sweaters are prone to balling ..(and further stated that is to be expected). Garbage quality
I tried to return a jacket that was never worn and the worker was very unprofessional when speaking to me. She started to do the return and she looked over at her coworker and kept repeating to her, "look at me, look what I'm doing", like she was showing her coworker that she was working. Then she asked where I lived and why I don't go back to Ajax and return it since I purchased it from there. And the whole time she was rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. Also, when I walked in they were all standing talking. This is not the first time I've had to the worst service at this location.
