I wouldn’t give this shitty place any stars. Made me wait for an hour to leave me with nothing. Doctor dismissed my concerns. Didn’t bother to check me or give proper diagnosis. Please don’t go here unless you want to waste your time.
Reception is very rude! First time calling to enquire about the clinic and she was quick to judge without clarifying and veryyyy rude, not a good impression for the Clinic. My call was on June 21 2025 at 1040 hours. Hope management looks into this, thank you.
Very rude receptionist. Do not bother going to this place and the operating hours on Google is a lie. When I told the receptionist that they should change their information on Google, she hung up on me. I’ve been trying to see them for 2 days. Each time I called they said they are not taking any more people. This is at 3pm! Owner needs to send this staff for “customer service” training.
Went to the walk-in today. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful and the lady doctor was super fast and kind. I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Will be coming back.
Receptionist is so nice. In Scarborough, so many clinics say they are walk-in but they are not anymore when you call them. I admire and support this walk-in clinic and receptionist who fit me in last minute before closing time. We need more clinics like this to fix our medical system. Ty again.
Worst experience ever don't cone here !!!!!! You will be treated it like a piece of garbage you are not allowed to ask questions dr Gabriel should not be treating patients not even animals he is rude , callous and you go about feeling worst than you cane someone should do a review of this practice professionally and give some kind of warning very disappointed
