I was so impressed with the expertise of Talal (Mechanic) replacing the front wheel bearing of my 2010 Honda Civic as well as diagnosing and replacing the faulty 02 Sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 1) for my 2019 F150. Arz Fine Motors charged me a very fair price for the parts and labour. Also, I recently have Arz Fine Motors do the change oil and filter for my truck and car and likewise they charged me very fair price considering they install synthetic engine oil. Honesty and Realibility are always their trade mark as my honest opinion.
Although they are friendly, the delivery was not on time. When delivered, there was missing pieces (wipers, coder plates interior, floor mats, AC not working and missing air filter). The paint job only lasted 10 months.
I brought a 2015 Savanna from arz. The people were very friendly and professional. They worked with me from start to finish without any issues. Don't let the small building fool you. This place is worth the time when lookin for a good used vehicle.
Amazing guys, very pleased with all the process purchasing the car from them. They take care of everything to make your life easy, I went vacation come back and just pick up the keys. Alex and Khalil are absolutely AMAZING!!! We purchased a used Cargo Van, and asked how soon we could get it certified as we needed it for work. They worked over this long Easter weekend to accommodate our request. We met them this morning at their shop, they were prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and the sale went smoothly. There was a tiny issue with the back door lock, they BOTH came to our home within the hour and had it fixed! They definitely went above and beyond on a long weekend to make sure we were road ready for Monday. Thank you both so very much, we will be using you from now on for all of our vehicle needs.
