We had one of the worst experiences ever with this truck dealership's service department. They charged us over $4,000 just for labour — no major parts replaced, just labour — and they kept my truck for over two weeks with no clear updates or communication. That alone was frustrating. But it gets worse. The moment I picked up the truck, a new issue showed up immediately. When we brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or even inspecting it properly, they simply said, “We can’t do anything. You’ll have to pay for a new service.” No accountability. No customer care. Just a cash grab. It’s clear they only care about milking customers for money, not actually fixing trucks or doing honest work. We feel completely taken advantage of. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being overcharged and left with more problems than you started with.

July 18th, 2023 - Your driver was driving the white truck on 401 this morning with License plate: AL 59557 He was driving recklessly. Switching the lanes in front of us without a right and left signals and without safety distances. The driver needs to be educated on how to drive safely. Will have this incident reported.
