Shannon at Flight Centre Pickering did an amazing job helping my husband and I with booking our European vacation. It took us a few days to decide on where we wanted to go and the type of tours that we wanted. Shannon always responded to our questions quickly and provided us with options that we were unaware of. She found us deals on tours and booked our complicated travel arrangements (planes, trains and automobile). Her knowledge of the various places on our itinerary was truly amazing! After trying to book a trip through another vendor, which took 3-4 months to do for various reasons, I went to the flight centre in Pickering and met Barry. Barry was able to create a new quote quickly and we were able to book the trip the next day. When we needed to add or make changes he was always quick and efficient.
