Purchased a new set of winter tires from Total Tire. I’m very impressed by the customer service and quality of work from this shop! Staff members were easy going, and prices are reasonable. Tires were balanced and installed within the hour. Will definitely be going back in the spring for a new set of summers! Thank you
Seriously the best customer service out of any business we have ever had to deal with. Always fast and friendly, and go above and beyond. Our new car was backed into (hit and run), causing damage to our tires. We're still under warranty, but they didn't want to cover all the damage, only half. Total Tire Pickering got them to pay for everything, and had everything repaired within 24 hours. When we weren't able to pick up our vehicle until after closing hours, they offered to drop our keys off at our house so we could pick it up after we got home from work. We ended up being able to pick up the next day, and one of the guys offered to stay until we could get there. Seriously, where do you get customer service like this anymore?! We are so appreciative of all your hard work, thank you!!
You will not find a better shop in the GTA for tire repairs and sales. Recently had a problem with the stock rubber on my Model 3. The guys took care of me IMMEDIATELY and for a fraction of the price the Tesla service centre would have charged. Staff is friendly, professional, and know their stuff. Cannot recommend strongly enough. Thanks Total Tire!

I went in there not realizing I knew the guy, Danny. He was neighbour of mine from years prior and as a kid, was still a true ’ car guy '. I told him costs were my main concern and he came through with pricing that I knew was second to none. Great service as well. Hopefully he's there the next time I need a set
