Great place Great Staff, unlike value village overpriced, it's a non-profit organization thats a lie Value village is all about profit. Get free stuff and sell As if it was new, Value village should be closed down permanently

Nothing here is resell worthy, stick to value village if you're looking to make a quick buck. However, I did find a couple of man-brassieres, which makes this place A-OK in my book. My back thanks you.

Friendly staff and lots of bargains. No sales tax because it is a charity. Spend your money here instead of value Village which is an American owned for profit company.

I had a really frustrating experience at the Salvation Army Thrift Store due to inconsistent and on Kingston Rd and Liverpool, unfair pricing. I picked up an item that was clearly priced, but when I got to the cash register, the cashier called over another employee, and suddenly, the price was changed on the spot. They even removed the original price tag and charged more than what was originally marked. This has happened to me a few times but only when the older Asian lady is there. What does she keep the difference amount for herself? Hmmmm I wonder, coincidence, NOT. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a thrift store selling donated goods. The prices should be transparent and honored at checkout, not changed based on someone's opinion at the moment. It feels dishonest and unfair to customers who are expecting reasonable and consistent pricing. If the Salvation Army wants to maintain trust, they need to train their staff better and stick to the prices they put on items. Changing prices at the last minute is unacceptable and makes shopping there frustrating. I won’t be returning and I will always make my voice heard when I see dishonesty. Shame on you!

Very rude employee Mala. Condescending and makes customers wait while chatting with her friends. Also changes prices at the cash register to charge more. Avoid Mala if another cash register is open.

It’s a pretty small store. I went there in the summer on a sale day when I was on a quest to check out different S.A.T.S. locations. The selection is very small and limited. The staff where very nice. There home decor area had some good pieces. I don’t think I would drive from Scarborough to go back there.
