This place is my go-to. Everytime I need something cleaned or altered they get it done with 0 questions asked. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work and speed it gets done. I've had the best possible experience with this location. It always exceeds expectations and most importantly doesn't break the bank.... Will be returning
Frank is an amazing tailor. I came in with a dress alteration request that I needed before a certain date, and he insisted on finishing it before leaving for his vacation (the next day). He had less than a day to work on it, and not only did he stay up later and wake up earlier to finish my dress, he even finished my other alterations for a pair of pants and skirt that I didn't even need to have done by then! He is truly a master of his craft and a kind fellow. I go to him for all my alterations because he is the best!
Very kind and skilled service, went in with an expensive jacket with zipper issues, it was a simple fix that they got down in less than 10 mins and was so much cheaper than the price in the mall!

I brought my leather jacket here in April to see if it was possible for them to take it in at the sides and to hem it. The owner said it would take sometime, cost around $275 but it was not a problem. I agreed and got my pins put in place and my measurements taken and he told me he’d call me when it was complete. Months went by and I didn’t hear back, life got busy and I eventually forgot about it. I decided to stop by in September to pay/pick it up to learn that he didn’t even start it. Ridiculous. I wanted to take it back then and go somewhere else but he apologized and said he’d get started on it right away and will call me in 3 weeks to get it. Today (December 22nd) I went to pick up since I clearly didn’t get a call and my jacket was still not done! Absolutely ridiculous. And to top it off, a lady working there who I had never spoken to or seen before today said that the jacket was to hard for them to do and they were waiting for me to come back to tell me. - to which I questioned then why not say that the very first time I came or even when I came back again in September and why wouldn’t they call if this was the case when they have my contact information? Poor excuses and a total waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Honestly shocked at the reviews given the extremely poor customer service that I received.
Had the best experience on my first visit. My zipper broke off on my Louis Vuitton purse and he was able to fix it in less than two hours. Very friendly owners highly recommend them!
Took a leather jacket in for repair on torn sleeve seem. The experts at Express fixed it perfectly, had it ready within the same day, and charged a very fair/reasonable cost. Nice people, nice work, recommend for sure.
