Excellent service, people, and environment. I just wish they did direct billing
I have been stressed due to wedding preparations and my daughter said she wanted to find me a 5star spa place for massages. It wasn't a spa but it was better than your average massage place. I had Tera who I thought did an amazing job and was super attentive to my level of comfort. I will definitely recommend this place and return for future services.
I have a monthly subscription here. I love it. My husband and I use the massages regularly and its nice and close to us! Great staff. Great RMTs. I'd recommend it.

I am currently 8 months pregnant and have a planned c-section for the end of sept and I am very tense and nervous so I thought I would look up a place in my area to pamper myself and feel relaxed and let me just say - I'm so GLAD I chose Hand & Stone Massage in Pickering!! So professional from start to finish, I booked a massage and facial back to back, my massage therapist (Lillian) took extra care for me as I'm so heavily pregnant by adding a bunch of pillows around my body as I laid on my side. She did not speak to me during the massage - just asked me to tell her if I was in any sort of discomfort so I got to enjoy quietness and the lovely soothing sounds that were playing in the dimmed relaxing room! After my massage I was politely taken to my facial room where I met Mina who was once again so professional, kept the room dim & quiet as I enjoyed my facial with amazing hot towels, treatments that smelt amazing and light head massage. I did not want it to end! Will definitely be heading black here after baby is born and I'm recovered to be pampered again! Also - a major plus for me is the cleanliness and look of the place, it looks really nice inside as well as they have chilled water bottles for you to enjoy anytime.
