I’m writing to express my concern regarding the recent player selection process. From my perspective, the process did not appear fair or transparent. My son may not be the top player, but he’s certainly not the weakest. During tryouts, he demonstrated stronger dribbling skills than most of the kids on the field, along with impressive speed and toughness. Even one of the coaches remarked that he dribbles very well and noted that it’s easy to teach a child to pass, but hard to make them naturally skilled at dribbling — which is one of his strengths. It was also evident that certain players personally known to the coaching staff received preferential treatment and were pushed to score and win. Based on what I observed, this selection process did not appear to be handled fairly, and it’s difficult to understand how my son was not selected, even for a lower-tier team. Evaluating a child’s ability from only one day of tryouts simply isn’t a fair measure of potential. Additionally, the delay of over a month to release results prevented us from trying out with another club. The only reason we chose this club was its proximity to our home, but there are many other clubs across the GTA that operate with greater efficiency and transparency. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that future tryouts will be managed with more structure, communication, and fairness so that every child receives a genuine opportunity to be evaluated properly.

We have been coming here for pickleballs. Spacious, good lighting, and not crowded. Just pop up and pay, and start playing. No commitment, and no hassles.

This is a review of the U7. If you are looking for any kind of technical training or fostering team work than this program will not meet that expectations. This is just an expensive after school activity to keep your child busy. The coaches we had were teens with little to no training so for most games our coach sat on the bench with his phone or socialized with other friends ( even when only coaches and players should only be on the bench). We also witnessed few shouting incidents between the other coach and referee due to our referee spacing out most of the time. And a few occasions of no hand shake at the end of the game which was very sad. I would not recommend this league for a young child looking to introduce to soccer.

Coach Pierce has been an amazing role model for my daughter Victoria Cummings’s U12 PFC girls team. His dedication and commitment to all of the girls’ growth is commendable and we are so grateful to him.

If you have kids who are young and being introduced to soccer. Avoid this league! The coaches are all volunteer dad's who have no actual soccer knowledge, and usually the dad coaches his son's team which ends up being the dad just taking care of his son. Some coaches are on their phones while watching the game, we once needed a Band-Aid and the coaches said they don't carry a first aid kit on site. The older kid's league is better coached, however if it's an intro to soccer you're looking for, avoid at all cost!

this review is for U12. as referee and father im very disgusted with the coaches JAMAL AND LEO for U12. They like to yell and bully the kids when they are playing or training. one thing is to be stricted and another one is to be yelling at them all the time. especially at their games. They get nervous and they can play well. This organization needs to talk to them seriously. Ive seen other coaches from other levels and they are not like that at all.

PFCS dome still under construction, unfortunately there's not much to see expect the picture from outside the parking lot. This dome should be up and running already one out of five.

Thank you Shen for your feedback. We naturally want everyone's experiences to be positive at PFC no matter if its for a session or a lifetime. We will share your observations with our technical and administrative team who are responsible for the on field experience and the communication with parents after the trials to improve for next year. Regards, The PFC Team.
