My snowblower's chute rotation control had broken, and the specific plastic part that releases the locking mechanism was not available. To buy the entire rotation assembly would have cost me hundreds. But Rao was able to fix the broken piece at a fraction of the cost. I have a snowblower that had ZERO maintenance for over 10 years. It acted up last winter so I figured I need to make sure it's solid for this winter. I called Rao and agreed on a date/time for him to come to my house. He arrived as scheduled and went to work. This dude is exceptional. He know his stuff and very professional. I thought both drive and auger belts needed to be changed, he said no they're in good shape. He could have easily charged me for something that wasn't needed. He thoroughly explained all the work he did and the cost was very very reasonable. Bring on the snow!! I would highly recommend Rao, and I plan to call him in the spring to work on my lawnmower. Awesome!!!
