Very busy. Nice layout for the stores. Wal-Marts parking area is always packed.
If you're S/B on Brock, access is limited to two entrances, then depending on where you're headed, you have to navigate between buildings with blind corners to get to some stores, especially in the north end. Sobeys, LCBO, Mark's, lots of restaurants. Egress to S/B Brock from the north end requires you to drive to the southern end of the plaza. The challenge is the other drivers cutting across parking areas, ignoring traffic control signs and lane markings, and speeding. If that doesn't bother you, it's an okay place.

Brand new very clean little on the expensive side but that's what you pay for when you want all new
There's alot of good stores here with easy access to them. There's also a electric charge station here.
