The service at this UPS store is absolutely wonderful. I required, a number of printing services for my daughter's wedding (seating chart, name cards, table numbers etc.) I was put in touch with Ivory, a graphic designer, who did such a professional, beautiful and thoughtful job on these items. Sam, thank you so much for all of your assistance! During the process of trying to locate the delivery of my laptop, Sam went above and beyond to locate it for me. After leaving the store, he called directly to let me know it was delivered and waited past the store's closing time to accommodate the pick up. Great customer service still exist. Thank you again!
I visited the UPS Store today to get passport photos for my baby. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made the process easy and effortless. 10/10 for customer service!!
Sent a large package to the US which had issues at the border and was ultimately returned. UPS customer service was unable to provide any assistance; provided incorrect information, could not even provide a reason why the package was returned and said I would have to pay the shipping fees. The local UPS store assisted quickly; secured a full refund and settled the situation outperforming their corporate associates.
Today Sam (the owner) helped me tremendously with my parcels. It was a problem on the recipient site and Sam was able to resolve the problem and very time sensitive parcel was delivered. He saved my day. Also big Thank you to the UPS driver.! I'm very grateful.
