Amazing customer service at the Pickering location! The staff was very patient, helped me try different styles, and made sure the shoes fit perfectly. Highly recommended!
The salesperson was super helpful and knowledgeable, pointing me to the exact shoe style I needed for my activities, at a great price point, and telling me the fastest way to get it shipped (because they didn't have my exact size in store.)
Prices are expensive, although on par with Sport Chek, but the difference here is that the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The store was a little busy when I went in and yet I was acknowledged three times that I would be helped very soon.
