Had my bike in yesterday for certification, talk about a totally painless experience. Appreciate your getting me in on such short notice and back on the road in no time. Fair and honest to deal with.

Overpriced and not transparent about return policies or product quality. Product sold was missing components. When I went back, I was met with resistance and arrogance from the owner. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere to a more reputable dealer who isn't desperate for sales so that you can receive better service and quality. Will not be returning.

Its apparent they know what they are doing. Very knowledgeable staff, large inventory of products and parts, easy to get to. Wish I had more money to spend!

Don't tell me Harley is more expensive, I owned one and paid cheaper for bigger repairs. Motorcycles are Motorcycles and the ones who fix them have to get paid for their work. However, the staff who work on them here at Kawasaki make the difference, they are very attentive and understand how much you have invested. Their service is fantastic, and the money you spend is worth it.

Kelly and Dave (as well as Rick, RIP)and their awesome techs have looked after me with my Yamaha sleds for 15 years now. I couldn't be happier. I very highly recommend them for your Arctic Cat, Kawasaki and Yamaha. Give them a try and you'll be well looked after.

left my bike to swap out the wheels, came back with broken rear brake bracket snapped off which was working fine before l went, and l still had to pay them, now l have a bike that l can't use, parts on back order and need to wait all summer to get. when the parts eventually come its my problem to fix it.. buyer beware.

Knowing how fast I would likely want to go on this bike, they got it ready and safe. Posting from what I remember but the bike was in good shape and passed except for a front rim was beyond repair or ability to use balancing weights. They allowed me to supply a brand new OEM rim I had imported from japan. Don't expect a professional shop to accept working with aftermarket parts. Got me up and running and bike gave me the experience of a lifetime. Long sold this beauty and beast(05' GSX-R 750)but thanks to this shop and the professional atmosphere it gave me some peace of mind that everything was how it should be. Even with my above average mechanical knowledge it was peace of mind. They tested run out on the rim and found out it was beyond spec in the manual. They are precise. If I ever got another bike I know where I'm going with it.

we are sorry you feel that way however, you could physically see where the suspension had bottomed and the caliper had hit your exhaust cracking the slider bracket. This was all gone over at the time of pick up. It was brought to your attention for your own safety. It was still functional but could have failed at any time so we opted to tie up the caliper out of harms way.
