Order a 10" Margherita and was surprised how good it was. The tomato sauce was very fresh and it looked healthier compared to other pizza places where there is a lot of oil. I should have asked for the bottom to be chard but next time I will ask for that. Other than that it's the best pizza place in Pickering and I plan on going back.
My girlfriend and I wanted to try a pizza but were tired of the regular franchises in the area and gave Vis-A-Vis a shot. This was my first time trying their pizza but my girlfriend has had their pasta several times over the years, and they naturally hit the spot. Whether you are a regular or it is your first time, they do not discriminate and give amazing portions for a decent price. We ordered the #9 pizza, which came with a few meats, garlic among other toppings. I was hesitant at first since I normally don't have meats with my pizza but he owner insisted i should try it. The pizza did NOT disappoint. The undercarriage of the pizza was perfect. The dough was thin, but not too thin where the pizza will fall apart. There were plenty of toppings spread across each slice of pizza which is different than other places since they cheap out. There was 8 slices which was their 14" shareable, we had finished the entire thing and were stuffed. I would highly recommend checking this place out, especially for their pizza and pasta.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! While waiting for my pizza, I watched the staff clean the oven with a filthy mop that had been lying on the floor right next to the trash can. Then they went straight to putting my pizza in that same oven. When I complained to the employees (and what seemed like the owner), they raise their voice multiple times just bc I asked to get a refund. They tried to excuse it by saying the mop was “only for the oven,” but it was still sitting on the floor by everyone’s shoes. Completely unsanitary, awful customer service, and very unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this place.
unhygienic. they clean the oven with a mop that’s touching the floor. angry little man was yelling and was arguing to give us a refund when we saw that. he finally folded when we almost started recording a video. avoid this place
I went there to pickup food for a customer. And I noticed that a person who was making pizza he put wrong toppings like spice on pizza. The he was blowing out on pizza to clear black pepper. Absolutely disgusting. Ridiculous. Very very poor service. I saw this shit with my own eyes. I recommend to all of you don’t go there for pizza. Very unhygienic and philthy pizza I have ever seen so far.
Went there today for lunch. The food was decent but the guy who took our order was constantly talking on the phone with his ear piece on while taking our order which was quite disrespectful and rude to begin with. My wife asked for an iced tea 3 times and when we took a bottle of iced tea from the fridge he was like I only charged you for cans whereas there was no canned iced tea available on the other fridge. He made us pay for the second time for the difference. Owner should train their employees on proper customer service skills.
I have ordered take out from here several times. They are always warm and friendly and they produce an awesome wood fired pizza. Can't beat the quality and flavor!
