Found this place by reading reviews online. So glad I came here. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Nice clean space. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing any physiotherapy or massages.
The positive; ample parking, friendly courteous staff the moment you walked into the clinic, I did not have an appointment and had not contacted them to book an appointment, my sole purpose was to book an appointment, immediately approached by reception and asked if they could help, waited a few minutes and was taken into the office by the director/physiotherapist, provided immediate assessment of my issue, gave me an option to take some therapy immediately or wait a couple hours, explained what my issue was and what treatment he would recommend, all staff were friendly during my initially treatment, after initial treatment I was reassessed, scheduled for my next appointment before I left the office, had me demonstrate exercises that I was to do and how often. Subsequent appointments involved no waiting in waiting room, as soon as I entered the clinic I was asked how I was doing and to go to the treatment room, staff always asked how I was doing, what they were going to do and once treatment was started they asked if I was ok, even the staff that were not involved in my treatment were friendly, my treatment progression was fully explained to me and all my at home exercises were performed under supervision first at the clinic, physiotherapist identified that motion and speed of exercises were very important on my progression, was never pushed to continue with treatment, advised what was best for my injury, continuously asked what my pain rating was over my treatment period, after 12 appointments I identified that my pain level was zero and I was welcomed to continue with treatment or just continue to do my home exercises, physiotherapist identified proper pro-back techniques to be used whenever lift anything, with this being my last treatment I was told not to hesitate if I had any problems or questions to phone the clinic or come by and have them addressedThe Area for Improvement; the front door needs to have less resistance, it was awkward to open the door
Excellent customer service! Attentive to your needs! Marmiam has been excellent with my treatment post surgery. Never need to wait long .
This place is very friendly, caring and compassionate. They are also very accommodating to my specific needs. Narissa, Maryam and Allan have all worked on me. They have helped me so much. I'm grateful for that. I highly recommend this place.
I was sent to Lifemark after a motor vehicle accident in which I was rear-ended. The accident left me with soreness and stiffness in my neck and back. The team at Lifemark consisting of Ali (Physiotherapist), Mark (Massage Therapist), and Narissa (Physiotherapy Assistant) were amazing. They were extremely professional and very attentive. I am very pleased with the treatment that I received and feel great.
