Came into the store to do a return. I had come in the previous day to pick up my order that I placed online. I was explaining how I was having a hard time finding the right fit but the ladies at the counter just pointed me in the direction of where the item was and did not even offer to try to assist me. 3 ladies behind the counter and no help was offered. I was refunded my money in less than 3 mins of walking into the store. For some reason, I was given dirty looks and it seemed like they were more interested in chatting among themselves. Went online and placed my new order online instead!
Amazing service! I came in tonight and had a great experience with Merrick and Kayla. The store looks so full and well-stocked, and the team is always so friendly and knowledgeable. It’s always a pleasure coming in!
I like the variety of products that they sell. Been to Pickering and Kingston location, they are very consistent with their customer service, very friendly and most of all helpful.
If you’re getting bettas, I recommend you go to them as all of their fishes are good and healthy. I would say this place is better than Pet Smart because Pet smart fishes are mostly unhealthy or it will be in a small cup unlike Pet Value. All the bettas are in a decent size of container, and the staffs there are very kind and helpful.
Pet Value has been an experience that's totally potive for me. Today I walked in as I do after my workouts sometimes to grab treats for Buck. The staff have always been cheerful and funny. I was most impressed today when I got to the cash, I heard them speaking about a customer that was swearing at the cashier. No one took it to heart, in fact they were all smiles and we were able to connect on that behaviour they witnessed. It's a good store, double doors, shopping carts, and nice big spaced isles to get anyone in with mobility issues. Quality is higher there than the larger types of pet food stores, so I would keep coming back here. This is the best place ever!! Bring your pup for a bath! I'll give them a treat when I stop in!
Everytime I go here the staff are really nice and very attentive. The staff are knowledgeable enough to always give me an answer to all the questions I normally have.
This Pet Valu is a wonderful store with the BEST staff! They are community oriented, supporting in need pet organizations by hosting events, encouraging donations and maximizing any support they can give! Kayla and Bonnie are just amazing with their knowledge, assistance and support! They are so appreciated! Their part timers, like Alex, Merrick to name a few have been terrific. I'm sorry, I can't name them all in this post!!
