Dog food experts - best ever! I was a customer here for years and Karen ( owner) helped me source the best food for my golden to help with allergies when he was young. I have since relocated out of province and my now aged golden boy has new food requirements. No disrespect to the folks here, I knew she would be the one to understand what my vet asked for in my boy’s diet and direct me once again to the right food. We recently moved to Pickering and were looking for a great groomer for our dog. A coworker of mine recommended us to come here and see either Megan or Yulia. We had Yulia and she did an absolutely perfect job—exactly what we asked for. My pup looks and feels fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you for your amazing work! Best place for variety, service, and knowledge, I always love shopping there :) Plus, they frequently get involved with supporting local charities and community. They are active in giving time and resources to help out.
Kind and professional stuff, place has any sort of items for different animals, dogs, cats, birds, very well provisioned. I go mostly for liver treats and food for my little dog. Nice place to shop and visit.
I came here it's close to my haircut salon. This place is huge, super organized.They have a huge fridge for your fresh pet food. Probably one of top pet values slightly outta the gta.
Don't bother ordering online from Pet Valu. They use Fed Ex and Fed Ex stinks. Stated cat food was coming today, the 6th. Now stated that it is coming tomorrow and is "early" as it now states it was to arrive on the "9th". Fed Ex Virtual Assistant is a total waste of time. Daughter's cat (we are cat sitting) is now totally out of food and we are house bound seniors. Now had to order from Amazon as they will deliver tomorrow and are infinately more reliable (should have just done this in the first place).
Everybody working here is wonderfully professional, and helpful. Karen, especially, went above and beyond. We as a community are lucky to have a business who cares so much about our furry family members.
