Came in as a previous customer, my revised plan billed from telus is NOT what I signed for. The sales rep a liar and lied to my face. I have been dealing with telus directly and nothing makes sense. My bill is inflated beyond what I signed for and thr money down is more as per telus and not what was stated on my contract. Beware...

Extremely poor customer service. Since samsung site says authorized centre, I gave my phone for screen replacement and was told it would be ready in 4 hours. After 4 hours, they called to say the part they received was broken and that I’d get my phone the next day. They had correctly called my alternate number once, which I had given them. The next day, I didn’t hear back. I called in the evening, and someone casually said the phone was ready. When I asked why I didn’t get a call, there was no apology. Turns out, they had been trying to call the number that was inside the phone they were repairing! They completely ignored the alternate number I had provided. On top of that, they kept pushing me to switch to Koodo with a promised $150 discount, but failed to mention the hidden $20 fee—very misleading. When I went to the store, one of the staff members, Jahad, was extremely unprofessional. He laughed when I pointed out the poor service and made me feel mocked in front of others. It was humiliating and unacceptable. I really don’t understand how Samsung allows this store to be listed as an Authorized Service Centre. The lack of professionalism and basic customer respect is ridiculous. I hope Samsung reconsiders its association with this team.
My Google Pixel 8 had a screen discoloration issue. I called Google and was referred to Mobile Klinik in Pickering Town Center. I arrived at 8:30 pm but Murtaza still helped and accommodated me. I highly recommend this location! Amazing service and repair work! Thank you Murtaza!

My little guy broke off a piece of the charger in my iPhone, charging port. I was so concerned because I could not get it out. I was so relieved that Zaid was able to find the broken off piece and I didn’t have to have the charging port completely replaced, thank you so much! Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.
