8pm on a Friday night and I drive to your restaurant for guac & chips......you have no chips? What kind of Mexican restaurant runs out of chips? Terrible
I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Guac Mexi Grill. I placed an order for an enchilada and scheduled a pickup time for 7:15 PM. However, when I arrived right on time, my order hadn’t even been started. I ended up waiting much longer than expected, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. The food itself was fine, but the lack of preparation and poor time management made the whole experience frustrating. I hope they improve their organization so customers don’t have to deal with this inconvenience in the future.
Amazing burritos! The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on. The staff were friendly and the service was quick — definitely my new go-to spot for a great burrito!
Excellent place to grab a snack or a full meal. Prices are fair and service is fast. There salsas taste excellent. I tried all 3. Even the spicy wasn’t too spicy. Guac is also very tasty. Their chips are warm and fresh. The snack menu is great. Enjoyed everything we had!
I appreciate being acknowledged even thou theres a line up the employee got to me quickly and helped me decide as being a first timer there... great customer service and the food was tasty and clean... will be returning there !
Worst burrito. Bowl ever I eat it doesn’t not have enough toppings and they give me the order without spoon and napkins and store is fully unhygienic and not clean as well as washroom fully dirty
Very nice and clean place. Welcoming staff and decor. The gentleman taking my order was so good. I wanted to know if the shrimp was breaded or what and he showed me exactly. It was very good… seasoning is very tasty. Shrimp wasn’t fishy at all. Everything was made perfectly. Good variety on the menu. Very yummy and fresh and will definitely be returning. Oh and the mango salsa. That makes this place stand out too. A great element added for the senses.
