Very poor and irresponsible service. I had my test done two weeks ago and they have not sent my report to my doctor. I had serious issue with my cholesterol.
They provided a very fast and friendly service, I was able to book in online and see my status of when I should head over for my appointment. They do get very busy but I think that is a reflection on how popular they are and it is not a negative thing. I would go back to them for any tests as it faster and cleaner then most doctors offices and they focus on a view tests rather then waiting at a doctors office with patients that are sick waiting to see a doctor.
The one woman who works here is unbearable. She’s rude and abrasive and needs to learn some customer service skills. The other staff are great but she is just in an awful mood every time I come here.
The best lab you’ll find. I visited today with my elderly mother who has early stage dementia. She hates needles and can get anxious in new places but Joan and the ENTIRE staff here were incredibly amazing. I watched my Mom smile and laugh through the entire visit. Joan made her feel so comfortable. Thank you to all the wonderful women who were part of our experience today. I appreciate it more than this message could ever say.

The receptionist was welcoming and the nurse who took my kid's blood was amazing. She knew exactly how to handle a nervous teen. So grateful to her for making it a positive experience!
