Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Bentley Luggage! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I walked in intending to buy just one suitcase but ended up leaving with two, thanks to the amazing service I received. The manager, Shamela, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. She listened to my needs, showed me a variety of options, and helped me choose the perfect suitcases, both stylish and practical. Shamela's expertise and friendly attitude truly made all the difference. She made what could have been a simple shopping trip into a delightful experience. Highly recommend Bentley Luggage, especially with Shamela's exceptional customer service! I'll definitely be returning for all my future luggage needs.

Rabeena was exceptional. She eased my concerns with returns and exchanges. She realized that I wanted to look professional and classy. Rabeena even had a measuring tape and measured the bag I was interested in to see if it would fit my 15.5" laptop. Rabeena even gave my daughter a balloon. I would definitely visit Rabeena at this location. She was patient, kind, professional and knowledgeable. She even reminded me how practical my purchase was. Thank you Rabeena ❤️
A decent place to buy luggage,back packs etc. A much better place to buy these products when they have a sale. Unfortunately I miss the sales or don't see them.
The sales rep "Josie" was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We walked in looking for the best bang for our buck and instead of helping, we were greeted by sarcasm and side glares. I hope the manager of the store reads this review and speaks to their employees about basic customer service. As someone who deals with high end customers on a daily basis, I do not understand why people find it so difficult to smile and assist a paying customer. I did not choose this job for you. You chose to work at this establishment.
They can do a lot better to improve. They have the right goods but it is sometimes overwhelming. They often times have good deals on luggage but they can improve it a little to make people really buy. The service is reasonable and staff are friendly and helpful. They are a bit too expensive but that's understood for a mall store but with the right deals it can be worthwhile.
