I regularly visit this library with my child. I like the kids corner with the toys and great collection of books to go through. I also work or study upstairs, it is always quiet and kept clean.

The receptionist was very friendly and willing to help. I applied a Pickering Library Card and it was very easy and fast!
My 2.5 year old loves this library! There is a large play area, computers (including ipads with kids games on them), toys, story time on the weekends, and a huge selection of kids books that he loves! It's a great place to connect with our community.
Sometimes, especially days like today, it is very noisy and thats super aggravating during exam season (now) because people come here to study and no one who works here does anything to stop it. Ive even seen the security guard talking loudly with the people who are making noise and act super friendly (like theyre friends? ) with the people who are making the library super loud.
