Wade is the rudest person at this place. Everyone else is good there. Good service up until dealing with wade. Guy has the worst attitude and is extremely rude. He then tries to tell you “sorry if you think I’m rude” guy is bad for this business
I had a great experience with Pickering Mower. Before visiting, I called to check stock and Laura was very helpful. When I came in, Woody took the time to explain the pros and cons of the Toro mowers I was considering and gave excellent recommendations. I ended up taking home a Toro mower and a snow shovel at a discount deal I hadn’t known about. They showed great care in explaining best practices and battery tips, and helped load everything into my car. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful people. Highly recommended.
I took my 13 year old Toro 321 snowblower for an overhaul and I'm very very satisfied with the speedy, friendly, efficient service and reasonable pricing. The unit runs like new again!!
I took my new Honda HSS 1332A snow blower to Pickering Mower because the auger clutch lever would not lock down consistently when the drive clutch lever was engaged. This was covered under Honda's warranty. Even though I had purchased the unit from another dealer, Tim (in the service dept.) treated me with respect and was very helpful in setting up the appointment. He assured me that it would be fixed along with an adjustment of my steering levers. I definitely got the feeling that Tim's focus was on fixing the machine to my satisfaction and doing so in an expeditious manner. The repair took less than 2 days, and just in time for the snow which had started to fall as I was bringing my snow blower home. Thanks Tim and Pickering Mower.
Fast and reliable... when they give you word... they stick to it... all human but yea by far best service.... fastest service.. reliable pricing... check them out... definitely will be back... had my snowblower cord burst and wasn't my personal snow blower how ever wanted to return blower just as I was given... called around... received ridiculous prices... receive appointments.. but when I visited these guys just by driving around... they were about to go on lunch... came back half hour later than they told me ... and within 5 mins my job was done upon return maybe spending a total 10 mins at busines... big up guy spoke to at front... big up the service guy at back
Brad is the most honest and competent small engine mechanic I have ever dealt with. The man’s integrity and reputation are second to no one. My snowblower was repaired by the date he had promised and at the price he quoted me. The most thorough maintenance inspection my 9 year old Toro has ever experienced . Runs like new again. Bring on the snow. Summer 2025 update Pickering Mower continues to be the top of the class when it comes service not only for snow blowers, but for lawn mowers as well. My Toro lawnmower broke down Saturday morning. I immediately called Pickering Mower they said bring it right in and we will be sure to get it fixed. They wrote up the service requisition, confirmed all of the parts were in stock in their service department and my machine was repaired at the promised time at the promised price. All of the staff are so very nice, helpful and accommodating. You don’t have to wait days or weeks for parts to be ordered and delivered and they even help you load the machine back in your vehicle. Talk about white glove service. Pickering Mower sets the standard in customer service. No need to go to any where else.
Not everytime their service repairs are efficient. They sometimes forget to put back all the parts to your equipment you gave in for servicing. It happened with my Trimmer.
