My partner and I decided to try this place for lunch yesterday for the first time. The customer service was great, very quick and they answered all my questions. Our order took about 10 mins to get to us and we started eating right away. The fries were so good like 10/10. However, my boyfriend bit into his chicken sandwich and discovered the inside of the chicken burger was RAW. The chicken bites we got also had a weird rawish texture to them but we were already turned off from eating anything else. The cheese sauce was almost flavourless as well which was disappointing. When we brought the sandwich up to the cash to show them it was raw, they told us that they always put them in the fryer for 5 mins each and that’s all they are trained to do. They offered us a refund which we declined but please eat here at your own risk - the chicken may not be thoroughly cooked!
Ordered a chicken platter w/ rice and a salad (w/ teriyaki sauce) yesterday at around 11 AM to 12 PM The order took way over 30 minutes and in addition to that, the chicken was only partly cooked. You could still see that the flesh was RAW!! Their kitchen is messy with burned batter in many places and the overall appearance is just a mess like no one bothers to clean at closing or before opening It's disgusting!!
They had a sale for their soft ice cream. The sign shows a large cone with lots of ice cream. I placed an order For $2 you get 3 spoons of ice cream that is not enough for a 3 year old let alone an adult. What type of scam do they have here. I am surprised they are still in business. Save your money and try something else instead.
Worth the wait. Mostly because 9 times out of 10 there is only 1 person working and they are swamped with orders. Shout out to the young man working this evening (May 16 closing shift). He kept his composure during a rush and the hot dogs still turned out great. All the staff members I've been serviced by have always been so friendly. I will come back every time I visit this mall
I ordered and had to wait about 25 mins for my sandwich. I was expecting this sensational chicken sandwich,.but it was nothing beyond a normal chicken sandwich, which doesn'tjustify why everyone had to wait at least 20 mins for their food. There were multiple people waiting with me for their orders.
Highly recommend the hot dogs! We got the potato head (1 regular and 1 half/half). Both were quite delicious and crispy. The bang bang original sauce is our favourite.
Food are great, price reasonable, the owner is nice and friendly except for the cashier was about to yell at me. Overall is great but will not go back if the same cashier is still working there!!
