Joe and his team did an incredible job replacing our kitchen countertop and sink. From initial planning to choosing the material to measurement to installation to plumbing, every thing went smoothly. Everyone was nice and professional. Thanks to jason, the measurement guy with his impressive laser equipments, to Leo and his partner for doing the hard job of installing the heavy countertop pieces, to Imad for the under the sink plumbing, to Cindy of Vantage Stones for showing us some beautiful countertop materials in full size(!), and of course, to Joe, the mastermind of all these.
Joe (JK Design Group) does a great job at managing your project and hires only the best trades. Our Kitchen renovation included new cabinets, refacing of cabinets, removal of wall paper before paint, Quartz counter tops, Quartz back-splash with new sink/faucet. Small corrections (unforeseen) were made immediately. Joe did a great job at checking in and providing updates on trades arrivals with eta's. Joe has your back and that's who you want when embarking on a project with many moving parts. Recommend.
My wife and I originally did a kitchen remodel in 2017 and hired Joe to help us with the new countertops and sink. Joe was very helpful with the selection of material and planning of the project, although, at the time, I was not overly impressed with the installation, as the installer used loose plywood shims only on parts of our cabinet boxes instead of sheeting the entire tops. However, now 8 years later, I came home one day to find our sink had dropped off the underside of the countertop after the adhesive failed under the weight of our dishes. When I reached out to Joe to explain what happened and ask for his assistance, I was very surprised with how easy he was with deal with on this issue, and how accommodating he was to send an installer out to fix it for us. Within a few days (mostly due to our own schedule), Joe had his guy out to our house to make it right again, and for a reasonable price. Before I made the recent call, I expected to be told that it was "too long ago", or that it's our problem or fault, and I'd have to argue to get it resolved, or that it'd be an expensive repair. Thankfully, Joe was very easy to deal with, helpful, and sincere with wanting to resolve the issue, despite the time gone by since it was first installed. I appreciate the good service, and willingness to help an old client. Thanks Joe!
