I went to their shop to get my gold necklace fixed. It was a hummingbird necklace with a hooped chain at the bottom. The additional hooped chain had gotten tangled and I wasn’t able to untangle it. I went to their shop and the lady said it’ll be 10$ and it’ll take some time to get it fixed- no problem. I walked around the mall and came back to pick up the necklace. I was very polite and thanked both her and her son for fixing my necklace. They were both passive aggressive with me, insinuating that they undercharged me, and wished me “good luck” with my necklace. That’s was fine, I ignored it. I went home and while the tangle was gone I had another problem: the neck chain was now in a different place. This means the bird was now tilted instead of being straight. This was disappointing because now I had to get this new issue fixed which meant more money I had to spend.
Amazing experience - efficient service with a knowledgeable owner. I got exactly what I was looking for within a reasonable price range. Dia was incredibly kind and honourable. 10/10
i finally got myself a watch i liked, after many years of waiting. it did not fit and needed a some links removed, but apparently the material was ceramic and very fragile. they warned me of the risks but were able to get me fixed right up with the help of their special technician! the customer service was very kind, empathetic, and caring. i’m relieved to know there’s businesses like this operating out there that can explain things to customers, be trustworthy, and help you find solutions to difficult challenges. thanks so much again for going above and beyond!!

I've gone there a few times now. Great service, fair price, and they did their work in very good time. Just today I went there to repair a gold ring with a loose garnet gem. I'm very happy that my gold garnet ring looks like new now with the gem secured. The jeweller is very patient in explaining the work involved for the repair. Definitely recommend!!!
I had a disappointing experience with an old lady works there, When I politely asked if I could ask a question, she responded in a dismissive and aggressive tone, saying, ‘I’m busy,’ without even acknowledging me properly. This came across as very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I believe customer service should always involve at least basic courtesy. If Google allowed a zero-star rating, I would have chosen it. I hope this feedback helps improve interactions in the future.
