This establishment offers an excellent selection of natural products. The associate, Zaid, provided exceptional assistance in addressing our natural product requirements. I would award both Zaid and the store a five-star rating.
This store has everything, sooo many options available, the only thing it doesn’t have are staff to help you find things. I walked around for 30 minutes trying to find the items on my list, and not a single person working there asked if they could help me. The only person actually assisting customers, kept getting swarmed by everyone else in the store. So make sure you have time to spare before going. If you’re in a rush and don’t know where something is, it could make for a frustrating experience. Thankfully I had time to kill.
This is one of the OG Healthy Planets. The staff here are helpful despite the smaller scale of this store. New stores are definitely larger and have more selection but the knowledgable staff that work at this location make up for it.
I’ve been to this location a few times now. Always friendly, helpful staff working. One in particular, wish I caught his name, but he is so helpful and the amount of knowledge this young man has is incredible. This will be my spot for all my supplements moving forward.
Absolutely love healthy planet in general. This specific location always has a beautiful smell when I walk in. Love the selection and helpful staff. Love how it's located in a plaza where you can go shopping for other necessities.

Used to really enjoy shopping at this store but the customer service has really gone downhill over the past year. Tried returning something that I had picked up from the Ajax location and they wouldn’t refund me because I had an E receipt, and not an actual paper receipt. It’s funny, because I almost never choose the receipt option, and the one time I did; that’s what happens. On another occasion, I just finished spending over $150 and I return to the store after putting everything in my car. I forgot to buy something and I noticed that it was on sale online. I asked if they could give me the online price and they tell me sorry they can’t do that. And a few of the female employees, especially the older one, eye you down like a hawk when walking through the aisles. Pretending to be fixing things on the shelf or looking at items, but really watching me. Sorry that’s creepy. Love Healthy Planet and I always support them. This particular location doesn’t need my money. So I’ll shop online and the other healthy planet locations.

They tried to rip my grandmother off twice! Not once but twice! They told her that the product she was trying to buy (roughly 40) cost over 120$ when my uncle came over to assist her suddenly the price changes... this doesn't even make sense and I wouldn't recommend you support this business.
Dont buy anything at this store. I bought a product her and asked two sales reps if I could return it. Both said yes. The next day I tried to return it and they would not take it back. Should have gone with my gut.
I was disappointed with the service that I received on my last visit. I waited on the phone for over 15 minutes and no one picked up my call. When I went to the store and asked to speak to the manager, the customer service representative went to the back and came back to tell me that the manager was on lunch for an hour. It would have been better if she had told me that when I first asked her. When I told her that I was waiting on the phone, she told me that they are very busy and it is better to come in instead of calling. I called to avoid having to make the unnecessary trip to the store... they didn't even have what I was looking for. Very unprofessional in my opinion. She didn't even apologize, just made excuses, which I felt wasn't my problem.On a positive note, she did provide a few recommendations in the store and the employee at the cash register was helpful.
Great support staff , willing to help costumers with their needs ! Prices are amazing . I prefer to go in person than call , it is a small store but is extremely busy !! Love Healthy planet
