This place saved my bathroom. They had parts that I couldn't find at Home Depot and help me solve a plumbing puzzle that had stumped me for 3 days straight. They were so helpful and willing. Victor was super helpful in finding me the replacement cartridge for my Glacier Bay (Home Depot brand) bathroom faucet. I went to Plumbers Supply because Home Depot doesn't even stock their own replacement parts!A year later they've moved to Pickering and were great help with Aquabrass cartridges, too. my tankless water heater pressure relief valve was leaking, took the old part into plumbers supply where Rob was manning the front desk, showed him the part and amazingly he found the exact same product right away, Rob was incredibly nice, helpful, and very respectful. Rob and another one of his associates, Anthony are very friendly and cheerful. Plumbers Supply you have the Gold standard in these two employees. I will definitely continue coming to Plumbers Supply and will encourage as many people as possible to shop here.
Called Rob to inquire about a hard to find part for my Kitchenaid fridge. Within seconds he had found what I needed. Knowledgeable and extremely friendly service. Even had a few good laughs with Tom and Rob when I went in to pick up the part. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
