“I ordered a dinner plate and the worker gave me food that was obviously old. The taste and smell were off, and I started feeling sick right away. This location needs to take food freshness more seriously.” Honestly, it was a waste of 18 bucks just to have food poisoning
Would give no stars if I could. The food was disgusting. The two ladies working were rude, cleaned the counter with their hands, then proceeded to make my pita without washing or sanitizing their hands. They also coughed and didn’t cover their mouths. No basic manners. Will never eat here again.
Been going there for 20-30 years but it has gone downhill. The rice was hard (undercooked), chicken was dry, the potato’s cold and the tiny tzatziki sauce wasn’t (I don’t know what is was but they wanted $$$ for an extra one, glad I didn’t get it). Will NOT be going back there. It may be the lack of “Greek” employees or staff that was missing because the flavour wasn’t Greek either.
My new Greek spot in Ajax/pickering. The food is fresh and really tasty. Very surprising as it is in a mall but it taste better than actual restaurant. Would recommend 100%
On tonight visit I ordered 2 chicken souvlaki meals and wanted more veggies less rice and potatoes I communicated with the staff member. She totally ignored my request and informed me that I should tell her from before with an attitude I told her that I did she was not listening at the end I refunded my order and went elsewhere to bring dinner for my family. The staffs were very rude and turn me off from wanting to eat the meal.
The service was great! I come here often. Ordered the roast chicken, spinach pie, chicken souvlaki. They gave generous portions of the salad, dressing, rice, and potatoes. The rest is standard size. When I got the spinach pie they actually put it in a separate paper bag. The take out box was full of salad, rice, and potatoes! They've consistently provided fresh food with generous portions and I'll keep coming back!
This place is awful. Ordered the chicken dinner. The chicken was super dry, came with 2 potatos; 1 was rotten, and the other was tiny. Rice had zero flavor. Extra charge to get the salad in a separate container.
