We visited Trillium florist to pick out flowers for my sister's funeral. They were very helpful and customized flowers arrangements for us. The flower arrangements that were delivered to my sister's service couldn't have been more beautiful! My sister loved flowers and gardening! Trillium florist helped us honour her memory! Thank you!
We ordered the flower arrangement "This magic moment" for my mother's birthday and we were so happy to get the premium package for her. But when we picked it up it was NOTHING like the picture on the website. The flowers were all tiny and closed. When my sister asked why it didn't look more full, she was told that it would open in a couple days. That's nice and everything but my mother's birthday was THAT day and we wanted flowers that looked as beautiful as the picture that day! I was so disappointed, but my mother still loved it. I wouldn't recommend this shop if you want beautiful flowers the day you pick it up. Maybe order a few days in advance.
When other florists turned me down, Trillium Florists, Pickering was not only able to do a flower arrangement for a close friends' funeral but allowed me to add personal mementos for that special touch, and they delivered all within 30 hours of my order. I'll definitely use them again!
