Went for a meet and greet today for my puppy. Left him there for two hours. I was watching him the whole time on the live stream. I love that feature. He was nervous at first but I watched as he became friends with other pups. I loved that he had social time. Unfortunately he was put into a create at one point, which I know will happen from time to time but he was in the create for 45mins. I was watching the whole time. Like I said, I know they need to be created at times but why pay to create him when I can do that at home. I was told it was a mix up with timing with staff. Didn't give me much confidence. And no one even apologized. I'm on the fence whether to go back. Update - Tails Time called and discussed the creating issue with me and apologized and explained the cratering process. Very friendly and I appreciate the phone call. Will be giving it another go.
Our dog loves this place! You feel absolutely assured that your pet is in great care. I’ve interacted with several staff members and they truly love dogs.
100% recommend this location for daycare! The staff are so nice and drop off/pick ups are so easy, I love the fact they have monthly events and webcams to see what she’s up to during the day. My Ellie was a little shy at first but now loves it here and sleeps great after !
I love this place! My dog perks up when I say “Dogtopia” he loves it so much. The people that work there are very nice and good with the dogs. It’s very clean and well run.
I have been using Dogtopia for the last 4 years. Since when I was in Chicago and now here in Toronto. This place is no different. Great service, very professional and the staff is very caring towards dogs. I have always trusted them with my boy and will always do.
Molly, our 14 month old wheaten/poodle, went for the meet and greet for several hours while we watched her from home using webcam. She had a great time in a clean, safe environment. Handlers were skilled and kept dogs active. Molly got great exercise. As a pup and new pack member, she was never off her feet. She is snoring tonight. Molly now has 10 passes in her account for more fun at Dogtopia.
We'd rather pay a bit more for controlled socialization like we finally found at Dogtopia. Trained pet care staff returned calm, clean, healthy and happy pups back to us. We will use for boarding and play again. Only knocked a point off for 2 minor wishes -- receiving less email, and for someone to be there overnight. However, the webcam access when we were away was fantastic. Definitely recommend.
