My favourite place to hunt. I always find goodies, and the price can’t be beat. The staff and clientele are awesome and respectful. Sandra is the best!
Sandra is amazing, but the rest of the team really needs better training. They often speak rudely to customers and don’t treat people well. The lineup setup is also a problem every time. They set it up correctly for the first 10 minutes, but then stop following it, which creates confusion. They need to plan it properly and be consistent. Overall, the team needs stronger training in customer service and organization.
Came here for the PS5 giveaway. And honestly was a waste of my time and ended up in more tears than anything. The way I was treated was awful. They first called numbers for “early access” and my boyfriend’s number was called. Well regardless of the situation. I refuse to be away from him. Due to some severe trauma I have been through. Well. I went with him to the “early access” and when it got to his turn. The lady with the glasses REFUSED to let me be with him. And proceeded to tell me “well I can tell you right now I won’t be letting you in with him” and I was left in the front door. Well because of this. I ended up having a panic attack because she wouldn’t let me be with him. I couldn’t breathe. Which I think is crazy. It never needed to be like this, she could’ve let me be with him without making my purchase. There was no need for it. I’m a pretty understanding person. But I refuse to be without him because of my safety. Once we finally got in, she gave us numbers for the electronic counter. Well there was no point because as soon as 10am hit, those stupid numbers meant nothing and everybody pushed to the counters. I proceeded to get pushed up against and through. And when I was trying to get out. I asked people to move so I could get out, and other customers proceeded to tell me I didn’t need to be rude. When I literally just asked to get out. Safe to say, we will NEVER be there again. EVER.
What an awesome place!!! A great shout out to the amazing amaziiiing staff. They are great and the deals are great. And to the great music that is played in there, yes you know who I am talking about!!!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the liquidation store; the selection was quite impressive. I was pleased to find several high-quality items at remarkably affordable prices. The staff were very helpful and courteous throughout my shopping experience. It's a fantastic place to discover unique treasures and great deals. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for exceptional value.
I wish the items were better organized instead of in a pile on the tables. Other than that really good collection! Prizes are a steal from Tuesday to Friday.
