This morning I called for a super rush direct drive to downtown Toronto from Markham. The driver was polite, friendly and delivered the package by hand to the precise person at the headquarters of a national bank in super-fast time. This delivery service performed as promised, I had a very important document that required prompt delivery , although it is Friday, and a last minute request , during a postal interruption, they came through, with flying colors, highly recommend this company

Simply horrible experience. The driver had horrible attitude, was clearly not physically fit for the job (the shipment was heavy but they knew that), not prepared (why is he alone? it was clearly a 2-man job), wouldn't carry the 3 boxes out his car so I ended up carrying 2 of them myself without his help, and after we managed to convince him to do his job and carry at least one of the items, he barged into our house with his shoes on and scratched our hardwood floor with his dolly - and didn't even bother to apologize! We called their customer service right away and all the staff could do was "acknowledge our frustration". Absolutely unacceptable. DO. NOT. HIRE.
