I am so impressed with Queen’s Marble and granite!! One of our relatives referred us to them when we were looking for quartz for our new house and they were so responsive, gave us an amazing price on our kitchen and laundry room quartz and the install was fantastic. From the first point of contact to the final install, they were amazing to work with and will definitely use them in the future!! Highly recommend!!

Saw an FB ad for offcuts for a good price and was not disappointed! They had EXACTLY what we were looking for and it was very easy working with Ling. She was very helpful and made great suggestions for our project, along with the staff. The price cannot be beat and delivery was done with care. Highly recommend and will return for future projects!
We did not want to spend a lot of money on our counter, but we chose to go with quartz. Ling at Queens was great to work with, and the installation was quick and flawless until a crack appeared. A feeling of insecurity sets in when you feel you may have to pay out of pocket. However, false are my worries as it was replaced 2 times over, and a solution for the cracking was found. This company has proved itself as worthy of a 5 star rating in customer scervice alone.
I hired Queen Marble and Granite to measure and install quartz countertops for my kitchen and bathrooms. The selection process was a bit challenging because of the wide variety of beautiful options, but with the help of Ling and my family, I was able to choose a stunning marble-style quartz slab. The installation was completed in about two weeks, and overall, the process—from measurement to installation—went smoothly. After installation, I noticed a small scratch or damage on the edge. Initially, the company was hesitant to address it, but after some back-and-forth communication, they kindly agreed to fix it at no additional cost. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to you and your team for the great work. You all did an outstanding job in a short amount of time, and the repair was done so seamlessly that it’s virtually unnoticeable. Thank you once again—I truly appreciate your effort and professionalism.
They have really bad quality and really bad customer service.Once you pay everything finishes even if the items are wrong and broken you have to pay twice. Don't waste time dealing with them.
