Good syore nice selection, their too good too go bags could use some work, as they usually just stick all the hard croissants and danishes in the bag, no variety, used to be you get at least one of everything they had

I ordered 2 samosas, 2 taquitos, and asked for however many potato wedges were available (there were 4). I was charged around $11 and wasn’t even given a bag until I asked for one. When I got home, I realized the wedges were missing. Very unpleasant experience—poor attention to detail and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this location based on today’s visit.

Honestly a nice spot. If I visit Pickering, it's likely that I'll pick up a slushie from this spot. There is a nice selection of foods and snacks, and those slushies are killer. The mountain dew slushie can genuinely go with any other flavor, and I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Terrible customer service, the woman behind the counter today was extremely rude and kept complaining loudly about the line up of people because she kept making mistakes and was slow. Don't waste your time here, go across the street to the Shell instead.

Last week at the gas station I saw an empty pump and parked my car to fill up the tank, as soon as I tried to put some gas in the car this older looking Guyanese lady came screaming out of 711 (employee) telling me to move my car. I asked the lady politely why she was so upset, since it was an empty pump and I was about to pump gas. But she become more upset because she expected me to move my car instead of trying to understand what I had done. She kept moving closer to me and tried to provoke me to get physical and starting cussing and swearing at me for not moving my car!! Had the worst experience of my life and when I reached the field consultant and reported what had just happened. I only got an apology email from them and telling me they will take care of the issue!! I have been going there for the past 2 years and have been their loyal customer whose average spending per visit was 50/60 dollars in gas and food 5 days a week!! Very unprofessional and very bad customer service!! I definitely will not be returning.

Very busy 7-Eleven location, since they also offer gas. Good place to fill up and get hot/ cold food. They offer lots of variety of hot food. They even have holiday greeting cards.

Avoid this place if you can. Short, bald, middle-aged male cashier was extremely rude. I watched him treat an out-of-country gentleman with total disrespect. I then attempted to purchase a lighter and he refused unless I provided ID.. I did not have one with me, nor have I heard of requiring ID to purchase a lighter.. I'm over 25, 6'5" and 220 lbs.. the prick was just down to give people a hard time. Consider getting rid of this bad apple, definitely not someone 7-Eleven or Petro Canada wants associated with their company. He probably doesn't need the money anyway as he's definitely still living in his mom's basement.
