Contacted them for a quote through their website and received an extremely rude reply back “don’t waste my time or yours, not interested”. I can’t believe this is how a potential new customer is treated. First impressions are everything and this was a bad one.
After the initial consultation with Hubert regarding our requirements I contacted the office a week later looking for the quote. The person answering the phone was apologetic and advised that they would follow up and get a quote to me. I called again after another week had passed and received the same response. After a third week of waiting I called and advised them that this will my last attempt to receive an estimate. More apologies and assurances from the person on the phone, but no estimate. If they didn't want my business then they should have just advised me that "sorry we have to pass on the job" and that would have been the end of it. I don't know why they wouldn't provide any sort of response. What I do know is that at best it's unprofessional and at worst it's simply disrespectful.
Had an appointment for a quote and the company never showed up. Called the next day and left a message; never heard back again. Ghosted by the company - very unprofessional!
From the moment we phoned about doing our front steps to the very end of the job, Hubert and his team were exceptional especially in this unbearable heat! We are very happy with our stairs and will be using Red Oak for all our landscaping needs. Highly recommended!!
